Enquiry details that do not turn into confirmed bookings are deleted after six months. For active and past cleaning clients, invoice records and service histories are retained for seven years in compliance with United Kingdom accounting and tax regulations.
6. Sharing with staff and subcontractors
Your first name, service address, and task notes are shared solely with the specific cleaners assigned to your home or premises. We never sell, rent, or trade your contact details with external marketing organisations or third parties.
