Do I need to supply the vacuum and sprays?
Most regular clients prefer us to use their own vacuum and cloths to keep things familiar, but we can bring our own kit if you prefer.
What happens if my cleaner is unwell?
We notify you early and offer a vetted replacement cleaner or reschedule for another day that week.
Do I have to be at home during the clean?
Not at all. Many clients give us a spare key or leave one in a secure key safe.
