Questions about this service
Should I wait until all tradespeople are completely finished?
Yes, we strongly recommend waiting until plumbers, decorators, and joiners have handed over the keys, otherwise fine dust will settle again.
Do you remove heavy building rubble or timber offcuts?
We remove fine dust, packaging, and small debris, but we do not replace a skip service for heavy rubble or bricks.
How many passes do you take over plaster dust?
We do at least two separate passes: an initial dry HEPA vacuum pass followed by damp-wiping and a secondary finish pass.
